Dimension Data Facilities (Pty) Ltd enlisted the services of Energy Management SA in June 2016 to conduct a full analysis of our utility invoices. The analysis resulted in a tariff recommendation which yielded a monthly saving of approximately 14%.  Each month Energy Management SA scrutinises the power bill from City Power and determines if it is correct. If not they interface with City Power and have the bill amended if necessary. They spend a number of hours each month dealing with them This takes Dimension Data Facilities away from trying to deal with municipal entities! Our association with Energy Management SA is great, they are proactive in all their dealings with us.
